Shipping Details
We offer domestic and international delivery services. Our delivery is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays.
Domestic Delivery:-
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days. Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your parcel within 3 to 5 working days after you received your tracking number, please contact us at cs@inhanna.com.my
International Delivery:-
Orders within Singapore will be shipped via SF Express, while orders from other countries will be shipped using DHL Express. Processing time takes 3-5 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) before shipment. Once picked up, delivery usually takes 7-14 days. If you haven't received your parcel within 14 working days after receiving the tracking number, please contact us at cs@inhanna.com.my

Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

b. International Delivery
We charge based on SF Express and DHL Express international postage fees.
**Please be informed that all the International Delivery are subjected to their respective country's custom and import duty fee. Your customs and import duty fee will be determined by the destination country upon the arrival of your parcel based on your product value. All the customs and import duty fees must be paid by the recipient as it were not included in your order and shipping cost.

1. Alteration selected item only.
2. Please fill up the alteration form. Please download and attach together with your Return Package.
3. Alteration will take approximately 4 to 5 business days upon receive comfirmation from customer.
4. Customer will receive the altered item within 7 to 10 business days upon completion of order.
5. Change of address is not allowable for alteration item. The address used must be the same as stated in the order ID.
6. Customer must provide complete details as stated in the alteration form.
7. Return & Exchange are NOT ALLOWED for the altered item.
8. Customer shall responsible to provide accurate measurement to avoid inconvience once alteration is made.
9. Customer shall return the item for alteration to INHANNA and alteration request made via agent is not allowable.
