Welcome to inhanna.com website ("inhanna.com"). We at inHanna provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at inhanna.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Our term and conditions cannot be applied if the order is made via other channel.
- 1- We offer ready stock product and we will deliver your order on the same day or the next day after the order has been made unless specified differently on the product description/note
- 2- We also offer pre-order product and the delivery is stated on the product description/note
- 3- We will update you once the order has been received, payment has been made and item has been delivered through email ONLY. We will only update you via other channel if you are requesting the update using the same channel. Example, if you would like to know whether your item has been shipped or not via whatsapp, then contact us via whatsapp and we will reply also by whatsapp.
We ship to the entire world. We provide free postage via Poslaju only for address in Malaysia. If you would like the item to be shipped to address outside Malaysia, please contact us via email or whatsapp. We will give you shipping options and rate.
- 1) East & West Malaysia - Poslaju delivery will take 2 -3 days to arrive
- 2) International - Pos Malaysia Courier/Registered Post will take 7 to 12 days to arrive
We accept payment via ipay88 autmatic online banking, manual transfer to our Maybank and CIMB account, Paypal and Credit Card (Visa and Master Card). We provide secure payment on Credit Card payment as we are using the number one secured, trusted and professional payment gateway PayPal. Your credit card information will not be released to us as you are dealing directly with PayPal.
Payment via ipay88 and paypal will be accept instantly and you will receive a confirmation order via email. Payment via manual bank transfer has to be made and proof of payment has to be uploaded HERE with the order reference number in 24 hours. Late payment will lead to order cancellation. After proof of payment has been emailed, it will take up to 72 hours for our team to accept your payment and reply your email.
inHanna knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. All the information given to us will only be used for this website.
Communicate and Place Order with inHanna
inHanna provide multiple channel of communication and order placing in order to give the best online shopping experience to our customers. We are communicating via below channels:

Refund & Return Policies
1) Return must be made within 30 days from the order date
2) If return item is requested by customer because customer wants to change to other item, customer will bare the postage fee RM6 for semenanjung and RM9 for sabah & sarawak
3) If the exchange item's price is more expensive, than customer has to pay the difference and if the item exchange is cheaper, we will convert into voucher so that you can get discount when you shop again with inhanna.
4) If return item is due to defect item/order item different from received, inhanna will bare the postage fee and bare the customer's return item postage fee. Postage money will be put in parcel.
5) If the customer's requested item to be returned is not available, customer has to change to other color or design.
7) Customer must return the item first before inhanna post out the new requested item. This may take 1- 3 days after we have received your return item.

3) Customer email order number to email@example.com and request to return with new item complete with tem's order code or detail.
4) If the item is available, inhanna will reply with new ref number for the return item and ref number.
5) If the item is not available, inhanna will request customer to change to another color or design
6) Customer has to post out the return item together with a note of name, address, phone number, reason for return and other comment if any and provide inhanna with tracking number
7) Once inhanna received the return item, new requested item will be posted out
