Welcome to inhanna.com website ("inhanna.com"). We at inHanna provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at inhanna.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Our term and conditions cannot be applied if the order is made via other channel.
- 1- We offer ready stock product and we will deliver your order within 2-3 days the order has been made and the payment has been accepted by us unless specified differently on the product description/note.
- 2- We also offer pre-order product and the delivery is stated on the product description/note
- 3- We will update you once the order has been received, payment has been made and item has been delivered through email ONLY. We will only update you via other channel if you are requesting the update using the same channel. Example, if you would like to know whether your item has been shipped or not via whatsapp, then contact us via whatsapp and we will reply also by whatsapp.
We ship to the entire world. Shipping price will automatically stated in your cart based on delivery location and item weight. If you find that the country you would like to ship to is not available, please contact us via email or whatsapp. We will give you shipping options and rate. We will be using Poslaju, DHL or/and Inhanna Go2U riders depending on location and courier availability.
- East & West Malaysia - Poslaju and DHL delivery will take 2 -3 days to arrive.
- International - Pos Laju EMS and DHL will take 3 to 10 days to arrive
- The estimated delivery time applies to major cities only. Delivery to areas outside of major cities may incur additional days
- Item delivered is subjected to customs inspection and clearance. Items subjected to customs inspection and/or clearance may incur additional 48 -72 hours. Please keep your tracking number and contact your country general post office to request for your shipment status
We accept payment via SenangPay automatic online banking, manual transfer to our Maybank and CIMB account, Paypal and Credit Card (Visa and Master Card). We provide secure payment on Credit Card payment as we are using the secured, trusted and professional payment gateway PayPal and SenangPay. Your credit card information will not be released to us as you are dealing directly with PayPal and SenangPay.
Payment via SenangPay and paypal will be accepted instantly and you will receive a confirmation order via email. Payment via manual bank transfer has to be made and proof of payment has to be uploaded HERE with the order reference number in 24 hours. Late payment will lead to order cancellation. After proof of payment has been emailed, it will take up to 72 hours for our team to accept your payment and reply your email.
inHanna knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. All the information given to us will only be used for this website.
Communicate and Place Order with inHanna
inHanna provide multiple channel of communication and order placing in order to give the best online shopping experience to our customers. We are communicating via below channels:

1) Return apply to all inhanna products except it is stated no return for particular products or event
2) We practice no refund but item can be exchanged or money can be converted into voucher for later use
3) Return divided to 3 type
- Return Request - Customer received item as ordered but want to change color, size or design - RM15 return fee (shipping charge + handling charge) per item inclusive delivery
- Return Mistake - Inhanna sent wrong item and customer wants the correct item to be resend - Free return fee and Inhanna will bare customer’s delivery fee up to RM8
- Return Defect - Inhanna sent defect item and customer wants the good item to be resend -Free return fee and Inhanna will bare the customer’s delivery fee up to RM8
4) Return must be made within 3 days after item has been received
5) If the exchange item's price is more expensive, then customer has to pay the difference and if the item exchange is cheaper, we will convert into voucher so that you can get discount when you shop again with inhanna.
6) If return item is due to defect item/order item different from received, inhanna will bare the postage fee and bare the customer's return item postage fee. Postage money will be put in parcel or direct bank in to customer account
7) If the customer's requested item to be returned is not available, customer has to change to other color or design.
8) Customer must return the item first before inhanna post out the new requested item. This may take 1- 3 days after we have received your return item.
1) Login into inhanna website and click "Return" at the top menu of the website
2) Click Order Reference that you want to return and if the button "Return" is available, then the order is applicable for return. Click "Return" buton.
3) Fill in the return form and click "Submit" button.
4) Wait for the return approval from us and once the return is approved, please post the item to the address below. Don't forget to include the return form which provided together with your order.
5) Once inhanna received the return item, new requested item will be posted out
